Discuss why the swipe direction has changed in Lion (it's so that it mimics the iPad). This does take a little getting used to. If you are a HEAVY iPod Touch or iPad user though, it does make sense.
Swipe between full-screen apps
Discuss FULL SCREEN apps. Demonstrate how to make an app full screen.
Click on the arrows in the right-hand corner to make the app full screen.
Swipe to navigate
Use Safari. Open a window and click on a link or two or three. Practice going back pages using this technique. (This replaces the back button).
Tap to Zoom & Pinch to zoom
Look up
Three-finger double-tap on a word to get the definition.
This is awesome...when it's done correctly! (I often don't tap right) :-)
